Open Safari and go to your dashboard
Open Safari (not Chrome) on your iPhone and navigate to your GCTracker dashboard link. Tap the share button — the box with an arrow pointing up — at the bottom of the screen.

Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll down in the share sheet that appears and tap "Add to Home Screen". It shows a plus icon next to it.

Name it and tap "Add"
You can rename it if you like — "GCTracker" or your project name works great. Tap "Add" in the top right corner to confirm.

Done — it's on your home screen!
The GCTracker icon will appear on your home screen. Tap it anytime to open your dashboard instantly, just like a real app.
Must use Safari
The "Add to Home Screen" option only appears in Safari on iPhone. If you're using Chrome, switch to Safari first.

Open Chrome and go to your dashboard
Open Google Chrome on your Android phone and navigate to your GCTracker dashboard link.

Tap the three dots menu
Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner of Chrome to open the browser menu.

Tap "Add to Home screen"
Scroll down in the menu and tap "Add to Home screen". Chrome may also show a banner at the bottom automatically.

Tap "Add" to confirm
A dialog will appear asking you to confirm. Tap "Add" and the GCTracker icon will appear on your home screen.
Tip
On some Android devices Chrome will automatically show a banner saying "Add GCTracker to Home screen" — just tap that instead of going through the menu.
